Treatment of CST Paid
1. C.S.T. paid shall be shown in Form No. 1 under The CST Act.
2. In Form VAT-15 only Vat paid under The Punjab Vat Act will be
shown.
3. Note that at S.No. 6(a) of Form VAT-15, Total output Tax is to be
mentioned. This does not include CST. The term 'Output Tax' is
defined in section 2(s) of The Punjab Vat Act.
4. Information w.r.t. tax paid in 1st & 2nd month of the Quarter shall
not include CST paid, if any.
