To implement Vat Commodities you must make a list of "My
Commodities".
You may create your list of 'My Commodities' by clicking on Master ->Others -> My Commodities. After clicking you may add / edit
commodities in a browse window as shown below :
All pre defined commodity names with trade name appear in selection list.
Choose the commodities you want to add in 'My Commodities' list.
Commodities wrongly selected may be deleted by pressing "F3 : Delete'
button.
Tip : use '.' Dot option to get filtered list of commodities for easy search /
selection. Eg. enter '.steel' in selection prompt & you will get a list of all
commodities / trade names in which the word 'steel' exists.
You may import items of a specific trade by clicking on 'F4: Import'
button. You will be shown list of all commodities of the trade name
selected by you. You may import all / selected item(s) by checking /
unchecking the Check Boxes appearing against each item.
