Some Use full Tips
Tips in Form VAT-15
1. Some of the figures in Form VAT-15 are shown in white color. You
can drill down these figures.
2. Worksheet can be Seen/Printed by pressing F4 while you are in
Form VAT-15.
3. You may edit various figures in Form VAT-15 by pressing F3 while in
Form VAT-15. This facility is given because there may be some
difference of opinion among different users.
Tips in Form VAT-18 & VAT-19
1. You may fill information w.r.t. description of goods, quantity C-form
No. Transport, G.R. No. etc.
2. Press F4 to fill information. The columns which are white can be
edited.
3. Pressing "0 (Zero)" in 'Desc. of Goods', 'Transport' column,
copies
contents of the previous Row/ Bill.
4. Pressing "00 (Double Zero)" replicates in all the rows between
the
column that has description filled and all blank description record up to
and including row in which you entered "00 (Double Zero)".
Transport:
As you try to fill transport, all accounts with transport as group shall
appear. If your transport is not available, the same will be added in the
Master.
Form-36 Column:
Click Settings Button or Press 'F11' Key to configure Column for Form-36.
You may Show / Print this column. Choose appropriate setting
Hide Column/Change Width:
1. You may hide any column by dragging the column and making
column width zero.
2. You may also change the width of the column in the same way by
dragging column with the help of Mouse.
Remarks Column:
You can write any Remarks for your reference. However this Column will
not be printed. However you may change the default option by Clicking
Settings Button or by Pressing 'F11' Key
