1. Setting for printing Voucher is available in voucher updation module.
Set 'Save & Print' against 'Auto Save method' Setting as
shown
below:
Note:
If you want to print voucher stock information, a setting is available in
voucher updation module. Multiple Vouchers may be printed from Zoom /
Find option.
Printing Selected Vouchers
You may print multiple vouchers through Filter / Print option in Zoom.
You may omit some of the Voucher rows from Zoom by pressing Delete
key. To remove a complete voucher from zoom you may press 'Ctrl +
Delete' key. Actual vouchers are not deleted. Vouchers are removed only
from list for printing purpose.
You may Print a single voucher by pressing 'Alt+V' while in Zoom or
Statement of A/c. Note that voucher belongs to Data Form or other
documents will not be printed from zoom.
