Visual Catpro is having a feature called Remote Support through this our
Help Desk Staff can solve you problem online through internet. For remote
Support you must have a dedicated internet connection. Click on H.Keeping' -> 'Remote Support' as shown below:
When you click on Remote Support Button it prompts for Help Desk
Support Code and Desk no. You call on 0181-4635128 and take the
Support Code and Desk No. Fill the Support Code & Desk No. and click on
Connect Button. You will have to subscribe for this service when it
becomes fully operational. However this service is being given absolutely
free during the testing period.
Look at the ‘Enable File Transfers’ Check Box. You may allow file
transfer to help desk staff by checking this check box. Normally you should
not check this Check Box to get Remote Support.
