Income Tax website does not work in Catax E-Menu in Windows 7

To rectify this problem: –

1. Open income tax e-filing portal (https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in) in external browser. (e.g. chrome / opera)
2. Click on login button. Browser will show “Your connection is not private” page.
3. Click on Not secure / Lock button appearing left side of the address bar . Then click on Certificate.
   
4. Click on Certificate Path tab and then click on first entry (appearing with red mark) and then click on View Certificate button.
   
5. Click on Details tab and then click on “Copy to File” button.
   
6. Save the file in some folder (e.g. Documents) give any name to file.
7. Go to Control Panel and then click on “Internet options”.
8. Click on Content tab and then click on “Certificates” button.
   
9. Click on “Trusted Root Certificate Authorities” tab and then click on “Import” button. Select the file saved in step 6.
   
10. The exported certificate shall now be shown in certificates list.
    
11. Restart Browser / Catax.
