Note :
Some of the options may not be available to you because these modules are optional and are not part of the standard package. 

Ctrl+Q key works only if you have marked 'Yes' against 'Inventory Required' Setting  under 'Options' category in main menu.

Ctrl+H key works only if you have marked 'Yes' against 'Batch List Required' Settings under 'Options' category in stock master module.

Both the above settings appears under 'controller' login.
