1. I am looking at the debit balances in trial balance. I want to
arrange
the balances in ascending order. Is it possible?
To
sort the balances in ascending order click on the title of
'Amount' column. Clicking again will sort in descending order. Note
the peculiar green color of the title of the grid. In Visual Catpro
where ever this green color is applied to a title of a grid, you may
click on any column to sort it.
2. While looking at the debtors list in trial balance I want to filter
parties of 'Ludhiana' only.
Just right click on any party of Ludhiana in station
column. Right
clicking again will un-filter the list.
3. I Want to see Trial Balance of all accounts. How could I do that?
View Trial
Balance-> F6: Filter -> select all accounts. You may
select any Range of Accounts using the filter option.
