which are under RAM KUMAR (AGENT) you may click on 'AND' button and
select the agent.
If you want to select accounts of parties relating to the State Punjab or
Station Panchkula then you will use the 'OR' Button. This will cover all
parties of State:Punjab as well as all parties of Station:Panchkula.
You may also exclude the selected accounts by selecting 'Exclude' Check
Box. This will cover all Accounts excluding the selected range of Accounts.
You may also save the range selection by clicking on 'Save' button. You
may select the saved selections by clicking on button.
Advanced Option
You may use advanced filter options to filter records fulfilling the
conditions like "mhd" contains the words "Tools" and mhd contains the
words "company". "mhd" is a database field which stores the head of
account. Various operators available for filtering are =, >, <, <>, contains,
starts with, >= and <=. You may specify upto four conditions to filter the
records. You may use 'OR' / 'AND' logical operators between these
conditions.
Try to experiment the following:
1. Find all accounts starting with shree or shri or sri
2. Find all accounts containing the words "Tools" and where station
starts with "L"
