You may create your own Data Forms as per the requirement. The user
defined Data Forms can be created in SUPERVISOR mode. Open any Data
Form and click on 'Setup...' Button as shown below:
Different Data form type are available e.g. Sale, Purchase etc. In the
following screen, we have defined two columns of a Sales Data Form:
Since we are to make Data entry from sale bills, auto increment feature
should be set to true. See help topic Configure Data Form Columns.
If
proper VAT classes are attached with sale A/c, auto calculation of sale
amount shall be performed. E.g. if we enter 225.00 in amount column,
sale amount shall be auto calculated as shown
below:
