Data Forms
Data forms can be accessed from 'Data Forms' button in Voucher entry
Menu.
Features of Data Forms:
1. Data Forms can be used for making fast data entry.
2. Data Forms can be used to enter Cheques issued, Cheques
deposited, Cash Payments and Cash Receipts.
3. You may Print Cheques while making entries for cheques issued.
4. You may also print annexure for Bank Pay-in-Slip through Bank
Deposits Data Form.
Points to Understand:
Color significance:
1. When you make Data Entry in a row, the characters appear in 'BLUE color'. It indicates the row data is yet to be saved. As soon as
you press enter in the last column, row color will change to 'BLACK'
which indicates that row data has been saved.
2. If you try to modify the contents of an existing row, color of that
row will change to 'RED' indicating that contents are being modified.
