You may increase
/ decrease column width for printing purposes in most of
the reports where data is displayed in Grid. To Increase a column width
take your mouse to the end of the column. Then mouse pointer looks like ↔. When
this pointer is visible keep pressed your mouse left button and
drag the mouse to left/right side to decrease / increase the column width.
To hide a column, decrease the column till it becomes invisible.
Note:
When you increase / decrease column width or hide a column, the setting
is temporary. When you re-open the report, it will be in default setting.
