Price List is Not appearing while creating Invoice
Some times a Price List which exists does not appear in the selection list of
Price List names. This may happen due to following reasons : -
1. When a list name is defined you are prompted to enter the Date
from which the list is to be made effective. If w.e.f. Date is mentioned
it will not appear for documents relating to a date which is less than w.e.f. date.
2. You may also enter the date up to which a Price List is effective. If
this date is specified, the name of this list shall not appear in case of
documents having date greater than the specified date.
3. While defining price list you are also prompted to tell as to on which
type of documents the price list shall apply. If you have specified 'Purchase', the list shall not appear in Sales Invoices. However if you
have specified apply on 'All', the list name shall appear in all type of
documents.
Note:
To define Price List choose 'Price Lists' from the Stock Master Menu Bar.
Then choose 'List Names' form Bottom Bar Menu.
