In Visual Catpro 2009 you may save the criteria which you use frequently.
Like you frequently view the Master data of Jalandhar, Ludhiana station.
So you may save this criteria. Next time when you want to view the data
based on this criteria you not need to select the same criteria again. You
not need to select the same criteria again you may simply select the
existing criteria.
Follow the following steps:
1. Select the Range as I select Station Jalandhar & Ludhiana
2. Click on Save button as shown below:
3. Specify the Name of the Criteria range as I give 'LdhJal' in above
screen.
Now you criteria range is saved. In whole Visual Catpro whenever you
want to pick the data on the saved criteria click on button.
After that it
shows the saved criteria ranges as shown below:
Select the desired criteria range all the data of that criteria range will be
shown. You may remove the saved range by clicking on 'Delete' button.
The saved criteria range can be selected in the whole Visual Catpro
wherever the Range selection applied.
Same way may save the Range selection as per the requirement.
