When you click on "Backup" Button, you are prompted to enter the
password for your backup file as shown below:
You may use a different password every time you take backup. This has
nothing to do with user's login password.
It is advised that password length should be more than 7-8 characters.
This password is required for restoring data. No one can RESTORE data
from backup without entering the password.
After setting the password, you will be prompted to confirm the same as
shown below :
