Sometimes an item does not appear in item Selection Grid.
This may be due to the reason that a setting namely 'Show only Price
List Items in Item Selection List' is set to true. If this setting is set to
true and you have not specified any rate for an item, that item shall not
appear in item selection Pop-up.
